The device is fairly simple: it works on any Graflok 45 / International back camera as long as you can position the lens / front standard 40mm farther back than usual. Use the ground glass or a viewfinder to compose, pop on the back, open the darkslide, and expose. Press button to eject/process. The resulting photo is right-side-up on Polaroid film, and the image is centered vis-a-vis your lens, so you get the highest quality result possible.
